- You'll join a 12-month development experience designed for recent graduates ready to build a meaningful career in insurance.
- From day one, you'll build an understanding of how different risks are assessed, placed, and managed, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed to advise clients effectively.
- Throughout the program, you'll develop the technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and professional skills needed to succeed in a broking career.
- Support client accounts and learn how insurance programs are designed, marketed, and placed.
- Research industries, emerging risks, and market trends to support client and placement activities.
Requirements
- We're looking for recent graduates or students graduating soon from any degree discipline who are excited to learn, curious about business, and interested in understanding how organizations manage risk and navigate complex challenges.
