About the role

You'll operate in a fast-moving environment with multiple transformation initiatives underway, where prioritization, clarity and strong execution are critical.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the VP, Customer Operations.

In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders to analyze complex, evolving operations, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience and revenue enablement.
You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, leverage data to inform decision-making, and influence stakeholders to deliver impactful, sustainable change across the organization.
Lead and own delivery of large, complex, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment across teams and accountability for achieving defined business outcomes.
Evaluate and implement process changes that improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience and drive measurable efficiency gains across the organization.
Identify integration opportunities and manage communication of program changes with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Develop business cases and executive presentations to secure alignment and approval for transformation initiatives.
Drive alignment across business, technology, and customer-facing teams to enable successful implementation of initiatives.
Guide and support cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and customer outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex problem-solving and deliver data-driven solutions with measurable results.

The expected base salary range for this role is $118,000 - $154,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.
