About the role
- We are a national calibration company looking for a self-directed, motivated individual to work as a Service Coordinator with a proven customer service background. This position is high pressured, fast paced, and requires a skilled individual who is not afraid of change within a moment's notice. The right candidate will possess excellent computer,
- organizational, phone, and customer service skills. If you do not like speaking on the phone this position is not for you. The candidate must be committed to dealing with customers and vendors on the phone in a professional businesslike and timely manner. Experience with Microsoft Office is also preferred.
