Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
- Document all clinical services in accordance with state, accreditation, and agency standards
- Manage caseloads and ensure services are delivered within department productivity expectations
- Coordinate with internal departments and referral sources to support continuity of care
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support services as needed
- Support clinical supervision and mentorship opportunities when applicable
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, referral partners, and colleagues while adhering to ethical standards and agency policies
Requirements
- For school-based programs, ability to provide services during school operating hours
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent licensure required
- Must be willing to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
- Required License/Certification (one of the following):
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
- CPR and First Aid certification within three (3) months of employment required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field required
- Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, diagnostic criteria, and rehabilitation methods related to behavioral health treatment
- Experience with telehealth services preferred

- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms

- Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks
Compensation
- Completion of all required trainings, including Relias training, upon hire and annually thereafter
