About the role

Compensation
- The typical hiring range for this position is $67,970- $89,208 CAD gross annually.
Benefits
- Post-Secondary education in Adult Education or Human Resources.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development Coordination (event planning, coordination, logistics and LMS management and data reporting and analysis).
- Foundational understanding of principles of Needs Analysis, Instructional Design and Learning Technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Technologies - Workday and CSOD experience preferred.
- As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
- Responsible for the development of the learning and certification modules and ongoing maintenance of the LMS
- Responsible for remaining current with the system capabilities and keeping up-to-date with all quarterly system updates, including advising of impact of system enhancements on the Learning and Certifications modules.
- Responsible for investigation of and development of reporting and analytic capabilities for Learning and Certification modules.
- Assists with producing reports, presentations and learning materials for Learning and Development programs and initiatives.
- Uses corporate LMS to maintain learning records, reports, evaluations and learning effectiveness measures.
- Plans and coordinates learning events and provides support for Learning and Development programs and initiatives (pre and post learning).
- Creates and maintains learning materials.
