Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to service expectations; escalate performance issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Accounting/Payroll, Legal and HR Business Partners as needed. Assists HR department in other areas as needed.
- This role will provide an increased level of employee support to the organization by achieving full understanding of all processes, programs and Workday activities to credibly respond to the employee.

- [Required] Experience with self-insured benefits administration and a solid understanding of both health and retirement plans; 5+ years' experience in employee benefits, leave of absence and wellness administration
- [Required] Achievement-orientation; ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
- [Required] Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits programs, including FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, workers' compensation, DOL and EEOC.
- [Required] Teamwork and collaboration; capable of building strong working relationships.
Skills
- [Required] Proficient with Microsoft Office
- [Preferred] HRIS experience (Workday)
- [Preferred] Experience with Sharepoint
- Education and/or Experience:
- [Required] Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent), or Business, or related field
- [Required] 5 + years of relevant work experience
- Certificates or Licenses:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or comparable HR certification

Compensation
- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
- In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
- We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
- $92,900.00 - $131,800.00
