About the role
- Today, Baseball Lifestyle has over 200 employees, retail locations in malls and tournament complexes, and can be found in various sporting goods stores around the country, like Dick's Sporting Goods, Scheels, and Academy.
- This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store meets company standards.
- The Store Manager is responsible for the following: Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting merchandise, and working in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferred.
