Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Lead effective team meetings, including agenda development, documentation of decisions and action items, and tracking of follow-ups in accordance with project management best practices.
Requirements
- Over-time and weekend travel may be required on occasion.
Nice to have
- PMP Certification a plus
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Demonstrated understanding of hematology/oncology landscape (preferred).
- Experience supporting Global Medical Affairs activities, including advisory boards, medical planning, or launch readiness.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with integrated evidence generation planning highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams) is required.
- Proficiency (or familiarity with an ability to learn quickly) in Smartsheet is required.

Compensation
- $148,900.00 - $198,900.00 annually BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location.

- Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only.
- Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
