Responsibilities
- Coordinate with construction managers, package managers, resident engineers, safety teams, design teams, and contractors to address field issues, potential nonconformances, and recurring trends.
- Document findings through clear, professional surveillance and audit reports, field observations, and related quality logs.
- Support continuous improvement through data analysis, lessons learned, and trend reporting across contractors and construction packages.
Requirements
- Experience in construction related quality management experience.
- US Citizenship is required due to nature of work
Nice to have
- ASQ CQA Certification is preferable.
- Rail industry experience.
- Experience in tunnel, underground, or heavy civil infrastructure quality management
- Hands‑on field quality experience in geotechnical, structural, waterproofing, concrete, and MEP systems typical of tunnel environments.
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
- Adherence to Amtrak and BPTR Program policies is mandatory
- As a condition of employment, candidate must pass client required background check(s)
