About the role

Think Claude, but for Light Industrial businesses.
This is a true 0-to-1 product role operating at the frontier of applied AI.
The assumptions, capabilities, and constraints will evolve rapidly and the product will evolve with them.

Write detailed product requirements and partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams
Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work
You understand that building AI products often means navigating prompt rewrites, model shifts, reliability tradeoffs, and capability cliffs.
The position is based onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Being in person supports real-time decision-making, stronger teamwork, and the kind of creative problem-solving that drives meaningful impact.
🎤 Team building events

You have launched customer-facing AI products where the system took meaningful actions on behalf of users.
You have launched, rebuilt, changed direction, killed ideas, and iterated toward signals.
You are comfortable creating structures where no playbook exists.
Experience with forward deployed environments or customer-embedded product development models is highly valued.

The compensation range for this position is set between $180,000 and $210,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations.

Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners
You'll embed deeply in our customers' operations, design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make decisions, and execute work on behalf of users.
