About the role
- The Behavioral Health Technician I position is vital in providing direct and supportive care to clients/patients.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of client medications and their self-administration.
- Facilitate urine collection, testing, lab send-offs, and document accordingly.
Requirements
- High School education OR equivalent with two (2) years of responsible employment.
Nice to have
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Completion of all training requirements, including First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle and twenty-three (23) years for a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van.
- Physical Requirements:
- ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.

- Behavioral Health Technician
- Monitor vital signs and determine when to escalate to medical intervention for critical symptoms.
- Obtain and record vital signs and relevant medical symptoms as indicated by medical personnel.
- Prepare for and facilitate group rehabilitative support and education sessions.
