About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational
- 15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
- Site Operations Support
- Mix of hands-on repairs + preventative maintenance + facility support
- Independent work with support from experienced teams when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
- 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
- In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500B- $1T by 2030.
Compensation
- Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
