Provide support to consultants by conducting research and analysis, and by developing materials;
Create rigorous internal documents for clients: policies, procedures, forms, job descriptions, etc.;
Develop communication materials;
Provide support at client meetings;
Collaborate and support other analysts on various projects;
Perform other related tasks.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or Organizational Development;
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
Ability to work independently and in teams;

We offer our employees flexible working conditions and although we have a great office in Montreal's downtown core, working from home is an option.
