About the role

  • The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in Empower's dynamic, hyper-growth 503A/503B environment by driving impactful business insights and strategic financial planning.
  • This position is responsible for owning financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, leveraging AI to enhance speed, scale, and decision-making quality.
  • The role demands strategic thinking, execution rigor, and learning agility, to align with Empower's talent expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with Empower's growth objectives.
  • Utilize AI tools to forecast revenue trends, optimize resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance while mitigating risks.
  • AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of AI-driven analytics in financial processes to improve data accuracy, enhance reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgetary frameworks that support strategic priorities and enhance financial stewardship.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline financial operations and drive efficiency. Use AI to automate routine tasks, reduce manual errors, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Utilize AI tools to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial performance and operational effectiveness. Leverage AI to enhance predictive analytics and inform data-driven strategies that support continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive financial planning and execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing financial insights that support strategic initiatives. Communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Technology Advancement: Lead initiatives to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into financial processes, driving innovation and improving operational efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
  • Employees are regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of strategic impact.
  • Expertise in using AI-driven analytics and financial technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in a high-growth, 503A/503B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
