Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of community outreach, engagement initiatives, and digital campaigns, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work any shift, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, and on holidays as required.
- Must be willing to work from office in Teaneck, NJ office and/or virtual.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Candidates must possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate and enhance community engagement efforts
Compensation
- Salary $50,000 + benefits
