About the role

  • This hands-on leader oversees daily operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement while driving productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations and lead hourly associates.
  • Manage by walking around and work side-by-side with associates.
  • Manage productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform daily area inspections for safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support strategic process and system initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records.

Requirements

  • 2+ years supervising warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience with forklifts or powered industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, safety, and productivity metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience training and developing employees.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Warehouse automation experience.
  • Supply chain experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Project management experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
