About the role

Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results?
Clow is looking for a Production Assistant in the Laser Department to help keep our laser production running efficiently by inspecting parts, removing imperfections, and supporting the Laser Department.
Shifts Available: Shift 16: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential) Starting Rate of Pay: $19.80 per hour base rate.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the Laser Department.
Work closely with Lead and Senior Laser Operators to keep production flowing smoothly.

$19.80 per hour base rate.
Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.
Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs, removing imperfections to meet quality standards.
Remove completed parts from laser nests and keep laser beds clear for continuous production.
Use our ERP system and a forklift to move, stage, and store materials accurately.
6-12 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus.
Ability to obtain a Clow forklift certification.
