About the role
- The Supply Chain ESG & Compliance Analyst Intern is a parttime role for a motivated student seeking hands-on experience in supplier due diligence, ESG, and compliance activities.
- The intern will work with supplier collaboration platforms, global ESG standards, and AI-enabled tools to analyze and consolidate supplier data.
- The role also includes supporting job description development and collaborating with Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering, Product Management, and Legal & Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect and manage supplier data for ESG, sustainability, compliance, conflict minerals, and product material content reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Design, execute, and improve repeatable supplier solicitation campaigns and questionnaires.
- Develop AI‑based solutions or agents to support supplier response evaluation and data consolidation.
- Build a career foundation in sustainability, ESG, material compliance, supplier audits, and procurement operations.
- Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University
Requirements
- Degree must be in related areas of work with courses in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related fields
- Experience with BI or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense).
Compensation
- Dependent on the internship offered, pay is based on factors, including without limitation, the applicant's level of education and business need.
