About the role
- Clyde & Co is seeking a mid-level associate with 6+ years of litigation experience to join our trial and defense team in Los Angeles.
- This practice is focused on the defense of public and private entities in high-exposure matters arising from employment disputes, personal injuries, commercial disputes, and class actions.
- The associate will be expected to interact with opposing counsel and clients in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10-20 matters
- Review and analyze documents for production
- Draft pre-trial and trial documents
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Requirements
- Extensive experience in all aspects of litigation
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly

Compensation
