- We're a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK-North & South).
- Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global event roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and game milestones.
- Develop and execute strategies to showcase Dead by Daylight brand at horror conventions, gaming events, fan meetups, and other community-driven events.
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Source and manage agencies, venues, production crews, and technical providers.
- Analyze event performance and player feedback to inform future initiatives, and deliver post-mortem reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- As Senior Event Manager for Dead by Daylight, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact live and digital events that engage our community of player, amplify brand visibility, and support key marketing beats.
- You'll collaborate closely with brand, community, marketing creative and production teams to deliver immersive experiences and memorable presence.In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting experiences that deepen our connection with the community and bring the game's horror and lore into the real world.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with live in-person events.
- Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- 5 à 9 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Expérience dans l'organisation d'événements en présentiel;
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets avec des parties prenantes internes et externes;
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en résolution de problèmes;
- Très bonnes capacités de communication et de négociation;
- Un plus important si vous avez de l'expérience dans le streaming.
