Responsibilities

  • Lead the document conversion process by expertly preparing, sorting, and scanning hardcopy records to deliver high-quality electronic images that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Imaging Center team to follow production procedures and maintain accurate internal documentation for seamless project tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a secure, clean, and regulatory-compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have:

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in document prep, scanning, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PC operations and computer-related products to navigate imaging software efficiently.
  • Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy and detail while working at a sustained pace to meet production goals.
  • Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Compensation

  • Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
  • Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
  • $38,300.00 - $47,900.00
  • Reasonably expected salary range: $38,300.00 - $47,900.00
