From the app parents use every day, to the signage they see when they walk into a school, you'll help us define it all.

Lead design projects from initial concept through high-fidelity design and launch.
Move fluidly between visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking depending on what the product needs.
Contribute to and help shape the Mondrian design system.
Design beyond the screen: campus signage, interior spaces and marketing assets
Help set Primer's design standards and raise the ceiling of the team as it grows.

5+ years of experience as Product Designer
A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from concept through launch.
Comfort balancing insight with intuition.
You can commit to a direction without waiting for formal research to hand you the answer.
You work well with people who aren't designers, take feedback in a room full of them, and can read what students, families, and teachers actually need.
