About the role

You'll work directly with our CEO, our Go-to-Market team, and our Workplace Experience team to make all of it exceptional.
This is a high-ownership role with real budget, direct executive access, and no bureaucracy between you and the work.
This role is based in our San Francisco HQ, reports into our Head of People, and is expected to be in-person 2-3 days/week.

Own strategy and execution for Column's highest-stakes internal and external moments - customer-facing events, company offsites, board meetings, brand activations, and conference presence.
Partner with our Workplace Experience Manager to build employee engagement programming that reflects and reinforces Column's culture.
Work with GTM to develop event strategies that generate pipeline and deepen relationships with the people who matter most to our business.
For companies building financial technology and transforming the financial services space, the biggest bottleneck to their growth and innovation is often the underlying banks and infrastructure stack they rely on.
We have spent our careers founding and scaling companies like Plaid, Square, Meta, Blend, and Affirm, and have seen this problem firsthand - builders and developers needing to partner with traditional banks, and creating API and abstraction layers over the patchwork that is the bank, its core, and many other vendors.

5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activation roles-ideally at a high-growth startup or creative agency.
Outstanding project management skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
comfort interfacing with executives and VIPs.

Compensation packages at Column include base salary, equity, and benefits.
New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 + equity.
