Build and lead market research capability across the portfolio.
Recommend appropriate market research methodologies and lead RFP processes and vendor selection for market research projects.
Manage external research partners and ensure high-quality execution.
Develop initial discussion guides, surveys, and stimuli in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Forecasting & Analytical Support
Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to support asset-level and portfolio-level decision making.

Ability to travel 25% as needed.
15+ years business experience within the pharma/biotech/biopharma space or consulting
Strong understanding of primary and secondary market research methodologies.
Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple activities.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights.
Proven experience leading vendor selection and managing research partners.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new processes from scratch.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Role is based in Cambridge, MA.
Onsite requirements: Candidates are expected to come onsite 1-3 days per week.

BS/BA in a relevant academic field
MBA, MD, PhD, or other graduate degree strongly preferred
Experience in cell and gene therapy is strongly preferred.
Hands-on forecasting experience, including scenario planning, strongly preferred.

The salary range below reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
