About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end close process by preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining close calendars, and ensuring timely completion of accounting activities.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations for bank accounts, merchant processors, and intercompany accounts, while supporting multi-channel revenue reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives related to compliance and corporate administration.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience in public accounting, audit, or a high-growth corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system, along with advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in public accounting or audit, particularly with Big 4 or regional firms.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, CPG, retail, or multi-channel business models.
  • Experience with finance and reconciliation platforms such as Blue Onion, Ramp, Shopify, or Carta.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA candidate preferred.
