Competently performs pre-trip and post-trips inspections with the intent of identifying and communicating minor and major defects to the Transportation Supervisor, and also completes daily driver log book using HOS application on mobile device.
Maintains the cleanliness of the truck cab using cleaners provided by the company (i.e. wiping down dashboard, cleaning windows and mirrors, removing all personal items and debris from vehicle, refraining from smoking as it is strictly prohibited in all Daniels vehicles);
Maintains safe operation by complying with organization operational policies, procedures and standards, as well as local driving rules and regulations;
Deliver and collect products/waste containers in accordance with scheduled route and serves customers by understanding, resolving and/or forwarding customer questions.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role;
Ability to adhere to all internal policies, as well as all federal and provincial legislative requirements;
Ability to perform other duties as required by Management.
Loads and unloads truck by placing and securing items in such a manner that prevents damage to the products and truck, regular lifting will be required
Completes all other duties required as requested by supervisor/management
