About the role
- Our client is a multifaceted Class A General Contractor that is focused on government construction.
- Their team has extensive experience in all aspects of construction, including roofing, environmental management, engineering services, and manufacturing.
- They are seeking an experienced Quality Control Site Supervisor to coordinate with and assist the Project Manager, vendors, subcontractors and management to determine the need for manpower, materials, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintains high level of professionalism and carries out a policy of courtesy and superior customer service. Exercises tact, good manners and diplomacy.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of commercial construction industry practices and standards.

- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitors, controls performance, and ensures quality workmanship.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures to complying with legal regulations and OSHA standards.
Requirements
- A thorough knowledge of all construction related trades.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred but not required.
- Government contracting experience preferred but not required.
- Should possess basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Project, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and R.S. Means.
- Microsoft Power Point experience preferred but not required.
Compensation
- $90 - 100K per year.
