Responsibilities
- As Software Implementation Specialist you will design and implement technical solutions for utilities and energy sectors, focusing on Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies.
- Analyze business needs to tailor Resource Innovations' SaaS-based solutions, optimize workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
- Provide expert consulting on product configuration, implementation, and ongoing support while developing technical documentation, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring seamless software integration.
- By streamlining system implementation and reducing manual inefficiencies through automation, it drives cost savings, performance improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
- Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
Requirements

Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $70,000-$111,000 USD.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
