You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and tactile visual assets, creating everything from design systems to the motion graphics that bring our software and hardware to life.
As an early designer at Echo, you will work closely with engineering and other functions shaping the role that design plays throughout the company.
Develop, maintain, and scale comprehensive brand guidelines that govern the look and feel for both the parent company and individual product lines.
Partner with Interaction Designers to apply visual systems to UI components and work with clinical/product teams to ensure the brand resonates with clinicians and patients.
Experience building style guides and component libraries that remain scalable, accessible, and easy for cross-functional teams to implement.

Motion Design Proficiency: Experience in 2D animation (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or Figma motion) to create functional and decorative animations.

People Management: Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing a small team of designers.

Healthcare/Med-Tech Experience: Experience translating complex clinical concepts into accessible and professional visuals.
Device Systems & Ecosystems: Experience designing for integrated systems where software interacts with physical hardware.
$140,000 - $190,000 USD
