Responsibilities
- Performs or assists with maintenance and repair of all facilities' heating/AC, plumbing and lighting systems.
- 3+ years of building and grounds maintenance experience including trouble shooting and correcting problems with electrical, plumbing, and heating, cooling and ventilation systems (HVAC)

Requirements
- Performs infrequent painting or other building cosmetic changes as required or requested
- Ensures all hazardous materials are properly labeled, stored and handled properly and that all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are maintained and updated for facilities as required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Desirable Skills/Attributes (preferred but not required)
