- Conduct risk assessments at the workstation before starting work, identify safety hazards, and strictly follow all safety protocols including the use of PPE.
Responsibilities
- ⦿ Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain 600 and 2000 ton press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal parts according to precise blueprints and job orders.
- ⦿ Quality Control: Perform first-part inspections and in-process checks using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- ⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
- ⦿ Strong commitment to safety and ability to perform risk assessments independently.

Requirements
- ⦿ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- ⦿ Proficiency in using overhead cranes and rigging for material handling.
- ⦿ 1-3 years of experience in press brake operation or similar metal fabrication roles.
- You can help shape our unique culture through our inclusion networks and safety initiatives.
