- Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing U.S. payroll and supporting smaller international payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- This position is based in our Bedford, MA office and requires regular on-site presence.
- The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, contributing to process enhancements and helping ensure a seamless and positive payroll experience for employees.
Responsibilities
- This role operates within a highly cross-functional and collaborative Human Resources team, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll activities and continuous process improvement.

- Processing Weekly Expense Payroll.
- Processing Non-Exempt Payroll.
- Assisting with Exempt Payroll.
- Managing and distributing data from Payroll/Fax inbox.
- Preparation of Payroll Cash Reconciliations.
- Mail Distribution.
- Coordinating to accomplish external team requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel and report writing tools.
- Requires the ability to handle discretionary and confidential information.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- This range may be modified in the future.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $67,400.00 - $84,200.00.
