  • The role requires approximately 75% travel, primarily to the Neodesha, KS training facility and various field sites, to ensure consistent, hands on learning experiences across all teams.

Requirements

  • The Field Training Instructor plays a key role in supporting Renewable Concepts' commitment to safety, technical expertise, and workforce development.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced wind technician who takes pride in mentoring others and promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
  • Partner with the Safety team to deliver the required safety training to new hires.
  • Previous field experience in wind services.
  • Must be able to climb towers 500' in height on an as-needed basis.
  • Must have the ability to catch on to things quickly.
  • Must have the mindset to achieve excellence every single time.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
