About the role
- We're hiring Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join Pelago's Behavioral Addictions program.
- You'll provide CBT-based telehealth treatment to members with behavioral health conditions, as part of a structured, evidence-based care model.
- You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks
- Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with Pelago standards
Requirements
- Clinical experience with behavioral addictions or impulse control disorders
Nice to have
- Licensure in multiple states strongly preferred
- LPC compact licensure is a significant advantage
- Competency in CBT
- experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred
Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000 USD
