About the role
- Vanguard EMS, Inc. is currently seeking qualified and experienced electronics assembly and manufacturing personnel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and highly organized area.
- Ability to perform accurate mathematic calculations ( add, subtract, divide) Ability to understand and adhere to all Vanguard's policies, processes and workplace guidelines.

Requirements
- Detail oriented, accuracy and thoroughness required.
- Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and procedures required.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of personnel throughout manufacturing required.
- Ability to use visual aids, complicated drawings to verify quality products.
