  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, UPT, AOV, payroll, and expenses) to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience.

  • This is a rare opportunity to be a founding leader at Peak Design, building and running a new store in a new market.
  • You'll lead a tight team, own the daily business, and validate a new retail strategy for Peak Design.
  • You represent Peak Design's look and feel at all times, ensuring it's a vibrant and welcoming space.
  • You share updates, answer questions, recognize great work, and make sure everyone is set up to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • You support the team when the store gets busy, help solve problems, and ensure the store remains welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.

Skills

  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional soft-selling skills.

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $85,000 USD
  • In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus
  • Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
  • Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
  • The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Peak Design is considering for this position.
