- We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
- You'll work closely with FPV Specialists and engineers to ensure that all equipment is prepared, tests are thoroughly documented, and act as Visual Observer in flight tests.
Responsibilities
- Build, repair, and maintain FPV drones and R&D test articles
- Perform soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly of FPV drones
- Support the maintenance and improvement of flight testing tools, equipment, and lab organization
- Assist FPV Specialists during flight testing as visual observer and ground support
- Support smooth execution of test campaigns in field environments
- Strong hands-on FPV drone build experience
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and maintain focus under pressure
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UAV components
Nice to have
- FAA Part 107 certification
- PID tuning and Blackbox analysis
- Expert FPV and LOS acro pilot
