  • We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
  • You'll work closely with FPV Specialists and engineers to ensure that all equipment is prepared, tests are thoroughly documented, and act as Visual Observer in flight tests.

Responsibilities

  • Build, repair, and maintain FPV drones and R&D test articles
  • Perform soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly of FPV drones
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of flight testing tools, equipment, and lab organization
  • Assist FPV Specialists during flight testing as visual observer and ground support
  • Support smooth execution of test campaigns in field environments
  • Strong hands-on FPV drone build experience
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and maintain focus under pressure

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of UAV components

Nice to have

  • FAA Part 107 certification
  • PID tuning and Blackbox analysis
  • Expert FPV and LOS acro pilot
