About the role
- The Gong Revenue AI Operating System unifies data, insights, and workflows into a single, trusted system that observes, guides, and acts alongside the world's most successful revenue teams.
Responsibilities
- Global Service Delivery: Act as a line of support for global employee queries alongside the rest of the Global People Operations team, resolving inbound requests via our ticketing system.
- Partner closely with our Senior Manager, People Operations Transformation to design, build, and implement self-service tools and knowledge bases that empower employees, support organizational change, and foster a self-service culture.
- Global Lifecycle & Workday Management: Support end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions globally. Execute and audit employment changes within Workday, maintaining system records by focusing on current compliance standards and clean data structures.
- While there is no mandatory daily or weekly in-office requirement, you should be located near a hub and prepared to come into the office on an as-needed basis to support projects and initiatives.
- Act as a line of support for global employee queries alongside the rest of the Global People Operations team, resolving inbound requests via our ticketing system.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions globally.
