About the role

- In this role you will assist our members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
- Prior customer service experience.
- A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships
Nice to have
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, preferred.
- Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.

Compensation
- The starting pay range for this position is $21.63 - $23.79 per hour.
