- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse workers.

Responsibilities
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Lead and develop team of front line supervisors and hourly associates
- Maintain compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed
- Mentoring, training and developing teammates for career progression, performance improvement and recognition
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
- Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels, to ensure that activities are performed effectively, and to respond to fluctuating workloads.

- In this role you will lead an inbound and outbound operation at a FleetPride Distribution Center.
- You will be responsible for leading, developing and engaging a team of frontline supervisors.
- Operations Managers are problem solvers able to interpret data and deliver meaningful results that drive productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution environment
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are required
- You have a track record of taking ownership and driving results
- He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor.
- Appraise and document employee performance at regular intervals as required by company procedures, insuring a plan for improving employee performance and potential.
Nice to have
- Bachelors degree in business or equivalent is preferred
Skills
- Moderate physical effort and use or motor skills requiring manual dexterity.
- On occasion lift, lower, carry product up to a max of 10 pounds by hand.
- Noise level is typically moderate
- Lots of activity, workers and equipment constantly moving, which requires constant adherence to safety procedures and rules
- OSHA approved steel-toed safety shoes required from the first day on the job.
