Summary Atomica is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Atomica team onsite in Goleta, CA.
Enhance the candidate experience and uphold a strong employer brand.

You will be a key partner in supporting our growth as an organization by helping scale recruitment practices and building and maintaining an amazing culture.
Objectives Partner with Hiring Managers to identify needs and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Support HR tasks as needed (onboarding, offboarding, LOAs, exit interviews, etc.).
Maintain recruitment operations, ATS data, and metrics in a lean team.
Proficient in Greenhouse or other ATS; strong pipeline-building skills.
Your contributions to our MEMS technology will drive innovation, solve the great problems of our time and directly impact the lives of people across the globe.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and driven team-player who is excited by challenges and a fast-paced environment.
Capabilities Bachelor's degree preferred.
