Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles).
- Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- About the Job.
- The Milestone-Validation Lead is responsible for maintaining construction inspection checklists status and scheduling inspections and coordinating with city authorities, third parties, investment management, and development teams.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Responsible to Track checklist completion for completeness and accuracy
- Overview of Project Schedule and corresponding checklists are complete before moving to the next stage.
- Responsible to Validate and schedule internal/external inspections based on defined milestones
- Responsible for reporting schedule updates. Coordinate with the Taktical Control Lead for schedule reporting.
- Daily review of the project schedule and project checklists to ensure milestones are met in the correct sequence.
- Coordinate Ensure collaboration of inspections with field team.
