About the role

This position is in office with the potential to become a hybrid 1 day work from home 4 in office, after a successful probationary period.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5PM EST with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
Review incoming attorney Affidavit requests for accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Attorney Management team to ensure compliance and fulfillment of affidavit requests.
Sign and respond to other legal documents from firms.

Requirements

Proficiency in using office software and document management systems.
Must be a certified notary or have the ability to become one.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, verification of employment eligibility, and any other pre-employment screenings required by law or Company policy.
