About the role
- The Berlin Steel Construction Company is a full-service specialty contractor, primarily with structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
- We have 2 fabrication facilities, 4 erection operations facilities, and 6 office locations that provide engineering and management of projects.
- We service the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- We design, fabricate, and erect structures in the Northeast and in other parts of the country.
- You're someone who can manage contracts, problem-solve in the field, and coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator with a solid foundation in structural or bridge construction.
Nice to have
- experience with Bluebeam is a plus Must hold a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements Comfortable with navigating active job sites.

- Prepares change order estimates, with assistance from Estimating when necessary, and negotiates pricing with customers.
- Obtains authorization/approval from customers for additional scope and schedule prior to performing additional work.
