About the role

As our Brokerage Product Manager, you will take the reins of our trading platform and user experience.
Because we just launched, this isn't a role where you'll be managing slow, incremental corporate updates.

partner with engineering and design through discovery, build, QA, and launch
Own the product backlog, sprint priorities, and release plans in partnership with engineering leads
Partner with Compliance early and often so new features and products clear NFA/CFTC review and recordkeeping requirements before launch, not after
Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering and design through discovery, build, QA, and launch
Work directly with FCM/clearing partner NinjaTrader on platform capabilities, API/integration constraints, and joint roadmap dependencies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of product management experience, ideally at a brokerage, FCM, introducing broker, fintech, or other regulated financial services company
Track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through shipping and measuring results

NFA Associated Person registration supported for the right candidate

Data-informed decision-making; comfortable defining metrics and using them to prioritize and evaluate features
High ownership mentality, strong judgment under ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping in a fast-paced startup environment
able to write clear specs and align technical, compliance, and business stakeholders around a decision
Familiarity with NinjaTrader, CME Group products, or futures/derivatives trading platforms
Experience designing client onboarding, KYC/AML, or account-funding flows
Background in trading, market structure, or financial products (equities, futures, options, prediction markets)
Experience shipping 0-to-1 products or launching a new platform/business line
