  • Build relationships with prospective students, families, club coaches, and high school programs
  • Support recruiting communication, evaluations, campus visits, and recruiting administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, player development, and competitive systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn NCAA Division II rules and compliance expectations

Nice to have

  • Collegiate volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred
