About the role
- Ruggable is looking for Maintenance Technicians who are responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Candidates with experience maintaining large-format printers, CNC equipment, automated sewing machinery, or similar industrial systems are encouraged to apply.
- This position may be filled at a mid-level or senior level depending on experience and technical capability.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on digital textile printers, CNC cutting systems, sewing machines, compressors, and related production equipment
- Support installation, modification, and improvement of new and existing machinery
- Facility Systems Support
- Maintain compressed air systems, HVAC filtration, lighting, and other facility infrastructure
- Maintain spare parts inventory and support monthly counts
Nice to have
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a moderate-to-loud manufacturing environment
- Occasional exposure to equipment vibration
