About the role

As a GTM Analytics Manager, you'll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential.
You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions.
This is a senior-level IC position at Lattice that plays a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales & marketing efficiency.

Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dbt data models, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues while improving the reliability of analytics pipelines.
Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.).

A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
Lattice provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations.
Strong SQL and dbt skills are a must
An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
Strong communication skills
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $164,500 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.*
