About the role
- Your primary focus will be to streamline and define our electrical testing development process, ensuring that our practices are state-of-the-art and scalable for future growth.
- At CelLink, you won't just be improving testing processes; you'll be defining the future of functional electrical testing in manufacturing.
- Your base pay range will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and optimize electrical testing systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability across manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate robust testing solutions into new product introduction (NPI) and high-mix/mid-volume environments.
- Develop and qualify next-generation tools and processes for functional testing, ensuring seamless transition from NPI to mass production.
- Prior experience developing scalable testing processes for NPI and mass production.
- Strong background in statistical methods, data visualization, systematic experiment design, and related software (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
- Ability to synthesize and interpret complex test data to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing methods.
Compensation
- CelLink benefits, compensation, and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
- San Carlos, CA Base Pay
- $120,000 - $170,000 USD
