We conduct R&D and manufacturing for our Matrix-M adjuvant in Uppsala, Sweden.

Drive proactive investor outreach through conferences, non-deal roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and company hosted events
Partner cross functionally‑ with Finance, Legal, R&D, Corporate Communications, and external advisors to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
Collaborate with executive leadership team and corporate communications on the development of investor ‑facing materials, including corporate presentations, earnings decks, scripts, Q&As, and other disclosure documents
Manage the investor relations website to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role requires strong capital markets expertise, scientific fluency, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling investment messages.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred

Coordinate all aspects of quarterly earnings, annual shareholder meetings, and major investor events, ensuring consistent, accurate, and compliant disclosures
The annual base salary (or hourly wage) for this position falls within the range of $181,250.00 - $244,700.00.

Lead a comprehensive investor relations strategy that clearly communicates Novavax's vision, pipeline progress, and long-term growth potential to investors and analysts
Act as a primary point of contact for sell side analysts; support efforts to broaden and deepen equity research coverage
10+ years of relevant professional experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or consulting, ideally within biotechnology or life sciences.
